George Franklin Haveman of Zephyrhills, FL, formerly of Lake City, MI died Wednesday, 13 Sep 2006 at Zephyr Haven Nursing Home, Zephyrhills, FL.  He was born on 20 Sep 1918 in Falmouth, MI to George and Lillian Haveman.

George Franklin Haveman lived and worked in Missaukee County from 1942 to 2004, where he built the Home Acres Airport.  He was a flighr instructor, airplane mechanic, and author of "Ballad of the Bible."
